General: Terms and conditions: ‘ISPS HANDA Australian Open Package’ package is available for stays from 28 November 2024 until 30 November 2024 or until sold out. Two (2) General Admission Tickets to Friday 29 November 2024 & Saturday 30 November 2024 to  the 2024 ISPS HANDA Australian Open are included in the package. Four (4) Tickets in total will be issued upon check-in. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. Rates are subject to change. Service fee of 1.15% applies to accounts settled by credit card. Guests must not be prohibited for any reason from entering Crown Melbourne, Crown Perth or Crown Sydney. Packages are not available for corporate, group or incentive bookings.

Rates: Rates are per three (3) night stay for a maximum of two (2) adults in the Luxe King.

   
Inclusions: Breakfast at Mr Hive for two (2) persons only, standard breakfast rates apply thereafter for each additional adult. If complimentary items are not redeemed prior to check out, they will be deemed forfeited. Package inclusions are not transferable to other people or exchangeable for cash.

Tickets: Two (2) General Admission Tickets to Saturday 2 December & Two (2) General Admission Tickets to Friday 29 November 2024 & Saturday 30 November 2024 for the 2024 ISPS HANDA Australian Open are included in the package. If the 2024 ISPS HANDA Australian Open is cancelled or rescheduled, we will use reasonable endeavours to notify you once we have received the relevant information and authorisation from our Event Partner.  However, we cannot guarantee that you will be informed of such cancellation or rescheduling before the date of the event. It is your responsibility to ascertain whether an event has been cancelled or rescheduled and the date and time of any rescheduled event. if an event for which you have purchased this offer is rescheduled, tickets and accommodation will be fully refunded provided that the accommodation check in has not taken place. Refunds will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial purchase. Crown does not issue an exchange or refund for a lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed ticket unless you give Crown a reasonable amount of notice that the ticket has been lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed, in which case Crown will endeavour to issue a replacement ticket to you. Venue pickup of tickets will not be available for the Package. Event Partners reserve the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, or eject, any person whose conduct the Event Partner or their agents, employees or contractors, or of the sporting venue, deem to be disorderly, inappropriately attired, who uses vulgar or abusive language, who is adversely affecting the enjoyment of the event by others or who otherwise fails to comply with the Event Partner's or the sporting venue's terms and conditions. A ticket is a revocable licence and breach of any such terms and conditions will terminate your licence to attend the event without refund or compensation. A ticket is not redeemable for cash. All patrons attending an event must hold a valid ticket for that event. Ticket holders must stay alert at all times to the golf being played in ticket holders vicinity including the direction of play, any instructions from the marshals and any warnings issued on the course to try to prevent injury. To the extent permitted by law, Crown disclaims all liability for any loss, injury or damage to any person (including you) or property at an event (save for death or personal injury caused directly by Crowns negligence). Crown does not condone on selling of 2024 ISPS Handa Australian Open tickets included in this Package. Should you choose to on sell your tickets, Crown will not be held responsible or liable for any loss, injury or damage.
