Cancellations for Crown Metropol bookings must be cancelled prior to 6pm on the day prior to arrival to avoid forfeiture of the full fee of one night and tax. Crown Gifts gift card is to the value of $50. The Crown Gifts gift card will be provided after checkout and cannot be used for settlement of room bill. Crown practices the responsible service of alcohol. Service fee of 0.85% applies to accounts settled by credit card. Guests must not be prohibited for any reason from entering Crown Melbourne, Crown Perth or Crown Sydney.
Rates: Rates are per two-night stay in a Luxe King room. Rates subject to change. Selected higher room categories are available for an additional fee.
Inclusions: One bottle of sparkling wine will be delivered to your room during your stay. Valet parking for one  vehicle only and is subject to availability. 12pm check-out is automatically applied during the booking process. If complimentary items are not redeemed prior to check out, they will be deemed forfeited. No cash value. Package inclusions are not transferable to other people. Crown Gifts gift cards are not valid for redemption on room bill. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for Conferencing and Events. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for another gift card or package via Crown Gifts. Treat this card like cash. Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. This card is redeemable for goods or services (excluding gaming) at participating venues in Australia only. Must be redeemed before expiry date shown on card. Will be void and may not be redeemed after expiry date. Cannot be reloaded. Is partially redeemable. It is up to you to use the full value before expiry date. Cash will not be given for any unused balance. Unused balance on expiry of this card will not be refunded or credited. If purchase exceeds available card balance, you must make up the difference with an alternative form of payment. You are liable for all transactions on your card except to the extent to which there has been fraud or negligence by us or any of our employees.
