Crown Hotels Perth Guest Safety
Our number one priority is the health and wellbeing of our guests and our employees.
Over the last while, we’ve been working with government and independent health experts to ensure we create the safest experience for you while you stay with us.
To do that, Crown is implementing a comprehensive COVID-19 social distancing, hygiene and safety policy with over 100 new procedures and policies.
Guests and employees will be required to comply with government mandated physical distancing measures while visiting the resort, as well as a prescribed maximum density of one person per four square metres up to a maximum of 150 persons per venue.
High frequency cleaning has now been implemented across all areas of the entertainment complex with an emphasis on high contact surfaces and frequently used areas. This includes comprehensive cleaning of all tables and chairs between each seating.
Crown recognises that frequent hand hygiene is one of the most effective ways to prevent infection with COVID-19. Hand sanitiser dispensers will be placed at key guest and employee entrances and contact areas. It will be mandatory for guests to use hand sanitiser upon entry to all venues.
It is a WA government requirement that Crown maintains a mandatory contact register of guests and employees. Maintaining a contact register is an additional protection measure and one of the most effective ways to control the spread of COVID-19.
Self-isolation and Quarantine
Guests are not permitted to self-isolate or quarantine for any period of time at Crown Perth Hotels. If you are subject to a direction from the government or a health authority to self-isolate or quarantine prior to arriving at Crown Perth, your booking with Crown Perth Hotels must be cancelled. If the government issues a quarantine or self-isolation direction to you during your stay at a Crown Perth Hotel, you will be required to leave Crown Perth and find alternate accommodation. Our team will assist you to find alternate accommodation where possible. The health and safety of our guests, employees and the community is our number one priority. We appreciate your understanding of this issue.
COVID-19 Response Team
A COVID-19 Response Team is available during peak periods to monitor the implementation and compliance of COVID-19 safety measures.
On-Site First Aid Response
Crown has a dedicated team of paramedic qualified first responders onsite 24 hours a day, who will be trained in specific COVID-19 protocols and response.
COVID-19 Customer Hotline
A dedicated phone line has been established for guests to call with any COVID-19 related queries. Guests can call the COVID-19 Customer Hotline on 08 9362 7633.
Keeping our community safe is all of our responsibility and we all have a part to play. We therefore remind guests that if they are experiencing any cold or flu-like symptoms, even if mild, to refrain from visiting us until they are fully recovered.

Mandatory Contact Registration at Crown
The Western Australian Government has announced that particular businesses and venues, including Crown, will be required to maintain a mandatory contact register of guests and employees from 5 December 2020. Maintaining a contact register is an additional protection measure and one of the most effective ways to control the spread of COVID-19.
The Government has released the free SafeWA contact register app, which can be used to scan QR codes at Crown for fast and simple contact registration. All guests are asked to download the SafeWA contact register app via the button below prior to your next visit.
Data will be stored securely by the Government and only be available by authorised Department of Health contact tracing personnel should COVID-19 tracing be needed.
Registration via the SafeWA app will be required at each Crown venue for all guests 16 years and older for each separate visit to a venue. If you don't have a smart phone, ask a Crown staff member for the closest iPad check-in location.
Unfortunately, unless you have registered, you will not be permitted to enter Crown venues.

To assist with contact registration, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Download and open
Download the SafeWA contact register app from the App Store, Google Play or via the SafeWA website. Enter your information and create a password. You’ll then receive a security PIN via SMS to verify your account.
Step 2: Scan the QR code
Using the app, scan the QR code located at relevant venues across Crown. Do not click 'Done' after registering until after you leave Crown. Clicking 'Done' will remove your check-in pass from the app and you will be required to register again.
Step 3: Show
Present your check-in pass to staff upon entry.
Step 4: Sanitise
Please sanitise your hands before entering the venue
