Located in the refurbished State Buildings, the glass cabinets of this local treasure are lined with beautiful handmade chocolate truffles with flavours such as Belgian Amber Ale; rosewater; and Saltbush caramel. Other items such as homemade chocolate bars and jars of salted caramel treats are also on offer.
All products are handmade on-site and on Wednesday evenings chocolate classes are open to the general public, so why not try your hand at the fine art of chocolate-making?
