NON-SMOKING
Crown Metropol is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking of any kind, including e-cigarettes is prohibited. You may incur a cleaning fee of $500 if you smoke at Crown Metropol.

EXPRESS CHECKOUT
For an efficient departure please use the Express Check Out section of your key wallet and place it in the Express Check Out desk located near Reception.

Should your room key be misplaced, please notify Reception for a replacement.

Each room is equipped with a personal safe. The Hotel is not responsible for any items secured in the room safe.

Housekeeping will attend to your room daily. Should you wish to re-use your towels please hang them on the towel racks provided.

Australian standard is 240 volts, 50 cycle current. Adaptors are available to purchase, contact Guest Services for further information.

TOWELS
Help us support the environment. If you would like to reuse your towels, please place on a towel rail or hook. If you would like us to change your towels please place on the floor.

PILLOWS
To enhance your comfort and ensure a good night's sleep, a variety of pillows are available via Guests Services.

Press for an instant response to all enquiries. Auto Wake Up - press to set an automatic wake-up call. Enter the 24-hour wake-up time in the format hh:mm. To cancel a request, select Auto Wake Up and follow the prompts.

Crown has a commitment to ensuring the safety and security of all people that enter Crown Perth. Children are welcome at Crown, however, they must be supervised at all times, including while staying at Crown Hotels. EMERGENCY

SAFETY AND EMERGENCY
The hotel is equipped with sprinklers, smoke alarms and a communication system to immediately alert guests and the Perth Fire Brigade in the case of an emergency. On the back of each guest room door is an evacuation procedure. Please familiarise yourself with your nearest emergency exit in the unlikely event of an emergency. If you notice smoke in your room, stay calm and turn off the air-conditioner. Leave your room and close the door immediately.

Activate the nearest possible fire alarm. Walk to the nearest emergency exit and leave the building. Do not use the elevators. If you notice smoke in the corridor, stay calm and keep close to the ground and walls whilst heading towards the nearest emergency exit. If the emergency exit is blocked, stay calm, return to your room and press Emergency on the telephone. Fill the bathtub with water and place wet towels and sheets around the door seals and vents.Remove drapes from the windows and only break the window if the room is filled with smoke. Hang a white sheet out to indicate your presence, do not lean or climb out.
