Some blackout periods or limited availability may apply to special event periods and public holidays. Guests must not be prohibited from entering Crown Melbourne, Crown Perth, or Crown Sydney.

Cancellations for Room and Suite bookings must be made prior to 6pm on the day before arrival to avoid a charge equivalent to one night’s fee plus applicable taxes. For Villa, Penthouse, or Apartment bookings, a deposit equal to the first night’s accommodation will be charged within 48 hours of booking. If cancelled more than 7 days before check-in, the deposit will be refunded. Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will result in forfeiture of the full stay fee, and the remaining balance will be charged at the time of cancellation.

Complimentary breakfast is for two (2) people at Conservatory at Crown Towers Melbourne, complimentary breakfast is for two (2) people at Mr Hive Kitchen & Bar at Crown Metropol Melbourne, complimentary breakfast is for two (2) people at Mesh at Crown Promenade Melbourne. Standard rates apply thereafter for additional guests.  One (1) bottle of sparkling wine will be delivered to your room during your stay. Any unused complimentary items will be forfeited upon check-out. Package inclusions are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

Crown practices the responsible service of alcohol. A 1.15% service fee applies to payments made by credit card.
