Spa Treatments 

We welcome guests to book in advance to secure your preferred reservation time and date. All appointments can be guaranteed with a valid credit card. To cancel a booking, a minimum of 3 hours notice is required. To cancel a booking of four or more guests, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required in order to avoid being charged in full.

Leisure and Cabana Bookings

All bookings are subject to the hire times. A 24 hour cancellation policy applies. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior will be charged at 100% of the hire fee. Non-arrivals will also incur 100% of the hire fee.
