During the promotional period of 12:01AM AEST on 6 May 2025 to 11:59PM AEST on 20 May 2025 (Offer Period), Velocity members will earn double Velocity Points on rooms booked in selected room categories at Crown Towers Sydney, Crown Towers Melbourne, Crown Towers Perth, Crown Metropol Melbourne, Crown Metropol Perth, and Crown Promenade Melbourne for stays between 6 May 2025 – 31 August 2025, less excluded periods, when booking directly via https://www.crownhotels.com.au/velocity-double-points-offer-2025 or calling 1800 055 133 (Eligible Bookings). For Eligible Bookings, Velocity members will also receive a 15% Discount off Best Available Rates (no further discounts apply) and a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine, delivered to the room on the day of check-in. Standard rates apply thereafter for each additional guest. If complimentary items are not redeemed prior to check out, they will be deemed forfeited. The standard earn rate is 3 Points per $1 spent. The Double Points earn rate is 6 Points per $1 spent. Points are awarded on the room only and not on ancillary hotel spend such as mini bar, room service, food and beverages, telephone, laundry and ’pay per view’ charges. Points are earned on completed bookings where the customer has stayed at and checked out from the hotel. Please allow up to 8 weeks after check-out date for Points to be credited.

Members must quote their Velocity Frequent Flyer membership number at check-in and the booking name must match that on the Velocity membership number. Points will be earned by the person named in the booking. Points will be awarded to one member, per room, per eligible stay.
