Bookings made through the Crown Hotels homepage, will not be eligible for Velocity Point earn and discount. Some blackout periods or limited availability may apply to special event periods and public holidays in Melbourne, Sydney and Perth (including 29 October – 2 November 2021). Triple Velocity Points: Velocity Frequent Flyer Members will receive Triple Velocity Points, standard earn rate is 3 Points per $1 spent, that is Points per $1 spent (Triple Points) on completed Eligible Stays. Points are not earned on ancillary hotel spend such as mini bar, room service, food and beverages, telephone, laundry and “pay per view” charges. Members will be eligible for Velocity Triple Points offer only when booking through https://www.crownhotels.com.au/velocityoffer. Velocity Points will be awarded to the first Member listed, per Eligible Stay. The booking details must match the Member’s Velocity account. Members must quote their Velocity Frequent Flyer membership number at time of booking or at check-in. If your booking is cancelled, the booking will not be eligible to earn Velocity Points.
