Available to Crown Spa Club members only. Membership benefits are subject to change from time to time. Crown Spa Club membership application success is at the discretion of Crown Management. Members are able to suspend their membership for a period of up to one month, once in a 12 month period, subject to one month’s prior notice. With provision of a medical certificate, members may suspend their membership for up to 6 months. Lockers are available for daily use only. Members do not receive a permanent locker. All belongings must be removed from the locker at the end of each day. Complimentary water is available at Crown Spa Reception. All other food and beverage items must be purchased by the member. 1. Gym and Aqua Retreat open daily from 6.00am-10.00pm for Crown Spa Club members. 2. Only valid for services Monday – Friday. Any unused personal training sessions will expire at the end of the month. Advanced bookings are essential. A three hour cancellation policy applies or the full fee will be charged. 3. Advanced bookings are essential for all group classes. A three hour cancellation policy applies. 4. Members are issued with six guest passes per year. Guest passes must be handed to Crown Spa Reception upon arrival. Guest pool passes for friends and family are valid for 12 months and only includes access to the Crown Towers pool and does not include access to the Aqua Retreat or include any other membership benefits. Use is subject to the pool opening hours and terms and conditions of use. 5. Breakfast must be taken in Conservatory and is available 6.30am to 10.30am weekdays and 7.00am to 11.00am weekends. 6. Can only be redeemed by the member and must be used towards treatments/services within Crown Spa Monday to Friday. Any unused credit will expire at the end of the month. Reservations must be made via Hotel Reservations on 1800 055 133 or online at crownhotels.com.au. Hotel discount is not valid on public holidays and special event periods. 8. Discount is only available for the Crown Spa Club member. 9. Valet parking is for one vehicle only and is free for the first four hours when using Crown Towers Melbourne Gym, Aqua Retreat or pool. Thereafter standard rates apply.
