Whether you classify the gym as work or play, we’ve got epic views, the latest equipment and a refreshment centre stocked with chilled water and towels to tempt you to work up a sweat.
After your workout, head to our change rooms for some R&R in the Aroma Steam Room and Vitality Pool. The Change Room, Steam Room and Vitality Pool are open daily from 6am - 10pm.
Please note that children 16 and under are not permitted to use the Gym.

We don’t like to brag, but we are kind of well-known for our pool.
Why? Well for one thing, its situated on the 27th floor with panoramic views of the city.
Second of all, its heated for year-round enjoyment surrounded by plush lounge seating, a spa and an indoor shower.
Children 16 years and under, must be accompanied and supervised at all times, by a person 18 years or older who must be a current hotel guest.
Not staying the night? Crown Metropol allows public access to the pool for a fee. Enjoy our pool and gym facilities:
- Monday - Thursday for $25 per person (9am - 5pm)
- Monday - Wednesday for $30 per person (4pm - 8pm)
- Friday & Sunday for $30 per person (12pm - 3pm)
