Cancellations for Room and Suite bookings must be made prior to 6pm on the day before arrival to avoid a charge equivalent to one night’s fee plus applicable taxes. For Villa, Penthouse, or Apartment bookings, a deposit equal to the first night’s accommodation will be charged within 48 hours of booking. If cancelled more than 7 days before check-in, the deposit will be refunded. Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will result in forfeiture of the full stay fee, and the remaining balance will be charged at the time of cancellation.
Bookings at Crown Towers Sydney include a $100 gift card per night, redeemable at participating Crown restaurants, Crown Spa, or for in-room dining. The gift card is valid for incidental expenses only and cannot be applied to accommodation charges. Advanced restaurant bookings are recommended and subject to availability. Any unused complimentary items will be forfeited upon check-out. Package inclusions are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
