Cancellations for Room and Suite bookings must be made prior to 6pm on the day before arrival to avoid a charge equivalent to one night’s fee plus applicable taxes. For Villa, Penthouse, or Apartment bookings, a deposit equal to the first night’s accommodation will be charged within 48 hours of booking. If cancelled more than 7 days before check-in, the deposit will be refunded. Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will result in forfeiture of the full stay fee, and the remaining balance will be charged at the time of cancellation.

Package inclusions are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
