*Terms and Conditions: For collection from Sydney International Airport, please meet your limousine driver at the chauffeur driver meeting point in the Arrivals Hall of the International Terminal. For collection from Qantas Domestic flights, please proceed to bottom of the escalator area adjacent to the baggage carousel number 5. The driver will be holding a sign with your name. For collection from Virgin/ Jetstar & Tiger Domestic flights, please proceed to curb side adjacent to baggage carousel number 4 & 5. The driver will be holding a sign with your name. Wait charges will apply for each 15-minute interval, commencing 30 minutes from the landing time of domestic & international flights. Parking charges will also apply after the 30-minute complimentary waiting period. For all other pick-up points, a complimentary waiting period is not applicable and wait charges will apply for each 15-minute interval. Cancellations within 4 hours of the booking time will incur a 100% cancellation fee. In the event you cannot locate your driver, you must contact the Concierge team on +61 2 8871 7888 at your earliest convenience. Failure to do so will attract additional wait time charges as well as a 100% cancellation fee should you seek alternative transportation without instruction from the Concierge team. Baby seats/child booster seats are charged at an additional cost of $15 each and are compulsory for children under 7 years of age. Luggage trailers are charged at an additional cost of $30 for each transfer. 100% special event surcharge applies. All gazetted public holidays will incur an additional 100% surcharge. All “as directed” bookings shall be on a back-to-base basis, Crown Towers Sydney being the base. All transfers outside of the 60km radius of Crown Towers Sydney incur a base-to-base surcharge; Crown Towers Sydney being the base. Please contact the Crown Towers Sydney Concierge for details. All charges incurred will be charged to your hotel account and will be payable upon your departure from the hotel.
