*Terms and Conditions: INTERNATIONAL ARRIVALS: For collection from Sydney Kingsford Smith Airport for international flights, please meet your transfer driver at the chauffeur driver meeting point in the Arrivals Hall of the International Terminal. DOMESTIC ARRIVALS: For collection from Sydney Kingsford Smith Airport for domestic flights: Qantas flights, please proceed to bottom of the escalator area adjacent to the baggage carousel number 5. Virgin, Jetstar, Rex, and other regional carrier flights, please proceed to curb side adjacent to baggage carousel number 4 & 5. WAIT FEES: Wait charges are applicable for each 15-minute interval, following 30 minutes from the landing time of domestic & international flights. Parking charges will also apply after the 30-minute complimentary waiting period. For all other pick-up points, a complimentary waiting period is not applicable and wait charges will apply for each 15-minute interval. Applicable wait fees & parking fees will apply to final invoice. ISSUES LOCATING DRIVER: In the event you cannot locate your driver, you must contact the Concierge team on +61 2 8871 7000 at your earliest convenience. Failure to do so may attract additional wait time charges as well as a 100% cancellation fee should you seek alternative transportation without contact from the Concierge team. CANCELLATIONS: Any cancellations within 4 hours of scheduled pick-up time will incur a 100% cancellation fee. PRICING & TOLLS: All prices are in AUD and inclusive of tax and any road tolls or government levy surcharges incurred in the duration of your transfer. All charges incurred will be charged to your hotel account and will be payable upon your departure from the hotel. SPECIAL EVENT SURCHARGES: 100% surcharge applicable during special event periods (e.g. public holidays, New Year’s Eve, etc.) and for certain destinations or events (e.g. Concerts, festivals, etc.). CHILDREN SEATS: Baby seats/child booster seats are compulsory for children under 7 years of age per New South Wales law. Failure to adequately pre-arrange required seat may result in forfeiture of transfer at full cost of service. AS DIRECTED TRANSFERS: All “as directed transfers” will be charged back-to-base, being the original pick-up location. All transfers exceeding a 60km radius will be an “as directed transfer”.
