Heritage dishes with influences from Shanghai, Singapore and Thailand are integral to the menu at 88 Noodle all informing the beloved signature dish of handcrafted noodles. Think Biang Biang Mian, Sichuan Cold Noodle, Laksa, Shanghai Beef Noodle Soup and a range of exquisite, barbecued meats.
