Discounts of up to 20% off the public daily rate are available on selected Suite and Loft room categories and vary by hotel, stay date and demand. The actual discount varies by date and may be lower on weekends or peak periods. Selected Villa and Apartment room categories are available at exclusive fixed package rates. Crown Metropol Melbourne Apartment fixed package rates are available for Sunday to Thursday stays only. Blackout dates or limited availability may apply including for Melbourne: 30 October – 7 November 2026 (inclusive), 5 December 2026, 12 December 2026. Perth: 11 - 14 December 2026. Sydney: 17 October 2026. Crown practices the responsible service of alcohol. 
Cancellations for Suite and Loft bookings must be made prior to 6pm on the day before arrival to avoid a charge equivalent to one night’s fee plus applicable taxes. For Villa, Penthouse, or Apartment bookings, a deposit equal to the first night’s accommodation will be charged within 48 hours of booking. If cancelled more than 7 days before check-in, the deposit will be refunded. Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will result in forfeiture of the full stay fee, and the remaining balance will be charged at the time of cancellation.
Rates are subject to change. Packages are not available for corporate, group or incentive bookings. Standard rates apply thereafter for each additional guest. If complimentary items are not redeemed prior to check out, they will be deemed forfeited. Package inclusions are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Guests must not be prohibited for any reason from entering Crown Melbourne, Crown Perth or Crown Sydney.
