Inspired by the coastal charm of Italy and the beauty of Sydney Harbour, our menu brings together the best of both worlds: fresh Australian produce and timeless Italian recipes.
Led by Chef Alessandro Pavoni, every dish is crafted with heart and heritage. Think handmade pasta, vibrant seafood, and bold flavours, all served with a splash of tableside theatre and a cheeky smile. It’s fine dining, but never too serious.
